uTorrent for Facebook is a remote control for uTorrent which will enable you to control your torrents downloads and uploads from Facebook. It has the ability to upload torrents by simply browsing for the torrents in your local machine or by entering the .torrent URL. At the top of the application page is a search box to search for torrents, you could also customize it to search your favourite torrent sites. You could also change the priority of torrent files so you could choose which files to download first.
Before installing the uFacebook application in Facebook setup uTorrent.
1. Open uTorrent and click on "Options" from the top menu..
2. Select "Preferences..." to open the preferences window.
3. On the side menu list click on "Advanced" to expand.

- a. From the expanded sub list click on "WebUI".
b. Make sure "Enable Web Interface" is checked if not check it by clicking on the box.
c. Enter a username for the WebUI login.
d. Also enter a password for the login.
e. For easier installation check the "Alternative listening port" box and enter a port number. Then Click "OK"
Note: Make sure your firewall is not blocking the port you specifed.
uTorrent is now setup to be used with Facebook.
5. To install uFacebook application for Facebook you need to login Facebook and then open the application home page. Once in there click on "Add to Page".
6. When you get to the screen below make sure you have at "know who I am and access my information" and "Put a box in my profile" are checked. They are needed to store your settings for uTorrent.

- a. Enter the URL or IP of the computer which is running the uTorrent Application. You will require your computer IP number to have access to uTorrent WebUI, uFacebook will not work if you insert loacl IP eg. 127.0.0.1 - this is no good.
b. Enter the same port number which you entered in uTorrent earlier.
c. Enter the same username which you entered in uTorrent earlier.
d. Enter the same password which you entered in uTorrent earlier.
8. This page is to invite any of your friends (if you have any) and help us spread the word about uFacebook. Select friends by clicking on them then click "Send PickPocket Invitation" or you can skip this by clicking "Skip".
